Saturday, July 14, 2007 11:00AM-4:00PM "The Women's Museum in Dallas" A trip to The Women's Museum in Dallas. The bus leaves at 11am, boxed lunch will be provided and we should return to Fort Worth by 4pm. Only $25 per person for transportation and lunch. Musuem admission is free if you are a member, or $4 if you are not a member. They have a special exhibit, "Women in War: Reflections of Courage". It's a snapshot of American women and their experiences during wartime using rare photographs, artifacts, textiles, and manuscripts. This exhibit will invite guests to take a three-dimensional "walk in women's shoes" through the wars that have changed and shaped America over the last two hundred years.
